The technician came for the service and for four days he didn’t place the order for the part needed. The order was placed after I made many calls asking the status of the repair. This happened in June-July, in the worst of the heat wave. More than one month without AC, and I didn’t receive even one call from them. Of course, I ended up fixing the AC particularly. I guess they still don’t know if I’m alive Service: A/C system repair
We had a few hiccups along the way as you might expect with any instillation esp in an older home, but overall they did great quality work, always quick to respond to any calls, and when done everything worked perfectly. Would use them again for any A/C needs Services: Heating system installation, Install AC, Install thermostat
Just can't say enough good things about Charles and My Guys company. My water heater would start but not stay on. Charles found the correct part and installed it very quickly. I know I will be calling this company with any other plumbing or heating/cooling problem.
