Rikman services did a great job with my generator installation. They were constantly in contact with me on what was going to be done each day, and kept me informed on the details of the job being done even though I was at work while they were working at my home. Very happy with how quickly and efficient this company was as well! Once they were done, they did a great job at cleaning up and making sure my yard looked how it did prior to the installation. They told me to expect the job to be done in 3 days, and they finished the job in that exact amount of time. Would very much recommend this company to anyone!

I purchased a 26kw Generac 3 months ago and was told it would arrive by September 1, 2022. I was then informed it was pushed back until March 2023. Therefore, I got a refund from Lowe's and purchased a 24kw, but they didn't have any in stock. The people at Lowe's worked with Rikman and located a 24kw within a week. Needless to say, I was pleasantly surprised. I scheduled the install with Rikman and the installation went GREAT!! The installers were on time, very professional and answered all of my questions. In general I do not do reviews because I always expect good service, but Rikman Services Inc. exceeded my expectations. They provided and installed a 24Kw generator on top of the flat roof of my house about a week ago, and that was not an easy task. It involved, electricians, plumbers, crane, and a lot of coordination. All the architecture of the task worked like a puzzle under the master hand of Ricky, all the workers were the top of their trade, courteous, ready, and willing to answer all of my questions. I recommend Rikman Services to anyone, and above all to those in need of special attention to detail and superb service.
