Today was my first time using ABC pest control. Man what a enlightening experience. Rico Gonzales was the most professional young man I've come across in a long time. Hard working and detailed oriented. Attention to detail but also explained everything as he worked. This is the kind of individual you need to have a successful business! My a/c wouldn’t drop below 80 last summer so I called ABC. The ABC technician told me the only thing that would fix this was a brand new furnace for $5000. I had a contractor that could do it cheaper but the ABC technician told me the work would be warranted for 5 years so I chose ABC over the contractor. I’ve called ABC 3 times now since they replaced the a/c furnace last July (2022) to fix the same problem - a/c not cooling under 80 degrees. (And one other time because they forgot to do a step in the replacing of the furnace which also caused issues.) They are no longer covering the work stating that the actual warranty was actually only for a year and we have just moved passed that date. Long story short, I have paid $5000 to be in the exact same place with my a/c one year later. Do yourself a favor and get a second opinion as well as get the warranty spelled out in writing when they verbally promise you something.

My technician Albert has treated my home for about 5 years and I appreciate the same person working with us because he is efficient and knows my home. He responds to any issues that come up and gives recommendations to get outbreaks under control. He also spends extra time treating the areas where we have seen insects.
