Horrible service and communication. Most recently I had a Saturday 8-12 appointment; no one called, no one showed up. Their response, "Oh sorry, I guess Brandon didn't make it, when would you like to reschedule?"When they do come, they spend about 5 minutes "spraying" before they leave. I have asked to cancel my contract, refund my annual service fee, and don't come back. This company has their hands in too many different endeavors and does none of them well. Look for a Local Company!! Services: Rodent extermination, Bug & insect extermination
Today was my first time using ABC pest control. Man what a enlightening experience. Rico Gonzales was the most professional young man I've come across in a long time. Hard working and detailed oriented. Attention to detail but also explained everything as he worked. This is the kind of individual you need to have a successful business!
