As always with the crew from ABC, the tech was very nice and patient with my questions and concerns and was very proficient.

Was very pleased to have professional plumbers explain my options and remedy my situation all while being very reasonable with their pricing. I will use them again if I ever have plumbing issues. Service: Drain cleaning

I called ABC plumbing when they opened on Monday Aug 14th to set up an appointment that day for a clogged pipe. I was given a wide scheduling window from that morning to 6pm. I took leave from work to accommodate this window. At 3pm I called to check on the status of my appointment and was assured the plumber would be here by 6pm. At 5:40pm I called again to check the status only this time I was told my appointment was for the following day. Obviously there was a screwup on their part and after some discussion they agreed to send someone out to my home but we’re gonna charge me a $139 after hours fee. I wanted the fee waived since it was their screwup. I was told they couldn’t waive the fee but would be happy to send someone out tomorrow. I was so livid I had to hang up the phone before I started cussing out this woman. But my wife had no problem calling them. They waived the $139 fee but by this point we were done.
