When my wife and I bought our dream home here in Corpus 2 years ago, we excitedly began the remodeling process so that we could make it everything we envisioned. Finding a contractor is hard in general but not knowing the area made it worse. I’m a firm believer in “you get what you pay for” or at least I was up until we chose the highest bidder who also had a very high online rating. We hired South Texas Metal roofing to perform the task of replacing the old siding with new hardie board and to replace our old shingle roof with a stunning metal copper finish roof. They assured us they could do the job better than the rest and then took our life savings of 70K and destroyed our home. They tore off our roof and left it exposed for over 1year, with only old tattered house wrap shielding us from the heavy and frequent rains. Bayfront Roofing and Construction was a great company to work with. They did a wonderful job on my new roof. I replaced a steep A-frame metal roof with shingles. The new roof is beautiful. They also replaced an inside wall that had water damage. They did a great job with the wall. Everyone from Scott, the owner, to the ladies in the office, to the construction crews were so nice to work with. The roofers and construction guys were very respectful of my property. Other than taking their lunch break, they worked non-stop while they were here. No standing around doing nothing. I can’t recommend Bayfront highly enough.
