Lonnie and his team are amazing! I used to work for a construction company that catered to high net-worth individuals and finding a good residential roofer was difficult. Most roofers are just trying chasing insurance dollars - and that means they are rushing to complete the job to get final payment, often ignoring other issues that pop up when the roof is removed. However, that is NOT how Accent Roofing & Construction operates. When it came time to replace my own roof, I called Accent because I had experienced the careful attention and detailed communication they provide. The minute an unexpected issue arose, we heard from Lonnie, who explained all costs and remedial options available. He also handled all negotiations with our insurance company, including the technical details to make sure we were getting the best bang for our buck. I had Lonnie from Accent roofing come and check my roof after a hail storm. He was very polite and gave us a damage report and handled everything with the insurance company. The job was done quickly and with the least disruption to us. I would recommend Accent Roofing to anyone that wants a first class job! From a scale of 1-10, I would give Lonnie and his company a 10. Accent Roofing replaced our roof this past year. We are the original owners of our house and bought our two story house in 1993. The roof was original to the house and had never been replaced except for a few areas that had been repaired. We had extensive hail damage and Accent Roofing worked flawlessly together with our insurance company to get our roof replaced in a very timely manner. Lonnie and all the guys working for him did an unbelievable job! They were on time every morning and worked steady until the roof was replaced. Since we've had our new roof we have weathered a few storms (including the microburst(!) and more hail) and have had no problems! Lonnie even stopped by after to inspect our roof and make sure all was good- Great work, excellent crews and very accessible...what more do you want?!
