They charged $200 for less than 1hour of work without replacing equipment. That’s on top of the $125 service call charge so it was $325 for something I could’ve probably done myself but as this was a rental property and I was out of town, I had to have someone tend to it fast. I do not recommend Tribeca and will not be using them in the future unless they make it right. It was not a fair deal. All that to say they did get the work done in a timely manner but it not for a fair price. Service: Garbage disposal repair

We had a tankless water heater issue spring up out of nowhere recently. After calling half a dozen different plumbers who had different reasons for not coming out or why they don't service our style of water heater, I reached out to Tribeca. They had somebody there to take a look at it within 30 minutes and had it diagnosed in about another 30 minutes. When the repair turned out to not be the actual water heater, but a wiring problem that had caused a small fire previously, Tribeca quickly dispatched electricians to take a look at the wiring and initiated the repair immediately after my authorization that day. Amazing and Thorough service and saved me from having to buy a new water heater.

I had a great experience with the company. The plumbers were very helpful and professional. We called them late at night and they actually picked up the phone and came right next morning. They were able to fix the clog and did visual inspection for us as we bought our new house recently. Excellent communication and service!
