Starting with communication with Pedro, he made this process so easy to understand and work with. After every conversation with him I was never left with any unanswered questions. His communication was key to this process. Moving onto day of installment, Nick and the team could have not done a better job, from letting me know the process the day before, from keeping me updated with texts and pictures of how the process was moving throughout the day, to the final product!
