Very professional and helpful person answered the phone and said they could be out between 2pm and 4pm that day. The plumber arrived and identified why our toilet wasn't flushing. Provided us with various brands and options to replace the floater. We chose one that was not very expensive but reasonably durable. The plumber fixed everything and cleaned up very quickly.
