Very smooth service transaction. Juan addressed all my concerns and questions quickly and courteously. The paint crew guys were super nice and did a really nice and neat job and cleaned up very well. They cleaned, caulked, and fixed up my eaves and put cables wires all back in place. Took care of lots of other items I asked for too. Very happy with the quality of the job and the customer attention I got from Juan. Would definitely recommend D1 to my friends!

After Hurricane Katrina Juan completed an electrical job for my mother’s house, which required all new wiring. Juan was very knowledgeable about the work he performed. Juan was also very creative and informative. Nevertheless, years later I was in the market for an electrician. My my recommended Juan and his work spoke for itself. Ultimately Juan at the time was in high demand for his services and he referred me to his brother Carlos. Juan made sure I got the best quality work and I never had a problem with anything. Juan continued to check on me throughout the process, and he also continued to check on me and the work he validated for years after the work was completed. I really appreciated that, and didn’t know I was making a good friend. When he moved back to Texas, I called for another job during the August Flood in Baton Rouge.
