I’ve used Rotor Rooter for at least 25 years. They are easy to deal with, explain what’s going on and never take advantage of you. They always have done a good work and go out of their way to make sure they get the task done right. At the same time I applaud their honesty and appreciate that they give me options. They have been awesome to work with and they have been wonderful working with the insurance company when that has been needed.
