The tech, Vincent, was very professional. He quickly diagnosed the issue, and knowing just enough about HVAC to be dangerous, knew he was spot on with his trouble shooting. Zero pressure to upgrade to a new unit even though mine is 23 years old. When I asked them to provide a quote for an upgrade, they sent it quickly.
