The tech, Vincent, was very professional. He quickly diagnosed the issue, and knowing just enough about HVAC to be dangerous, knew he was spot on with his trouble shooting. Zero pressure to upgrade to a new unit even though mine is 23 years old. When I asked them to provide a quote for an upgrade, they sent it quickly. We had some underperformance of our AC system this past week, so we scheduled a service call. The owner called me the night before and told me a tech could be at our site 24 hours earlier, so I was very excited. The AC tech arrived on time, but then disappeared for close to an hour without first notifying any of our staff. The tech replaced some filters and drained some water out of a drain pan. The tech reported that this would not resolve any of our issues, then tried to bill ~$600 with an incorrectly itemized invoice. After my admin received the bill, the tech was not able to communicate what the issue was or the reasoning for his vague recommendations to my admin, so they had to grab an engineer to try to understand. It took half an hour of one of my engineer's time to pull a description out of the tech. The tech's recommendations were to re-route a drain line and re-fill refrigerant for one of our units that does not service the area of our building with issues and do a tune-up on
