Design Roofing and Sheldon Saltclah were great to work with. Sheldon kept me updated every step of the way, from dealing with the insurance all the way to the completion of the roof. He was always very professional and polite when we spoke, he was also very knowledgeable and thorough with the job he did. The crew finished the roof faster than i expected and it looks great! I am writing a review on behalf of my deaf mother who lives in Manor. She wanted to make sure that Logan and his team received 5 stars for the work they did on her home in Manor. Logan was awesome to work with from the start to finish. He did all of the leg work to ensure her homeowner insurance would cover the damages on her roof. He was always polite and professional, and immensely patient waiting for me to translate or respond through group messages and coordinating numerous appointments between her, my husband, and I. She said that Logan and her team showed up and worked quickly to complete the job from dawn until dusk. She is super happy about the roof and the increased quality of her home. Design Roofing is a best-in-class company. From the beginning, John Piper was intimately involved and personally walked us through the initial inspection, filing our claim, the adjuster's inspection, the estimate review, and the work. He even arrived early the day of the roof repair (complete roof installation with upgrade) to make sure everything was ready for when the crew arrived. The repair was super fast and the new roof looks amazing. The company also supervised the repair of water damage inside the home and the replacement of a few window screens.
