I recently worked with Electrician on call to update electrical panels and HVAC in a duplex. David and his company are great to work with. The technicians were on time, well priced, and did not upsell.
We've used Electrician on Call several times, and each time has been great. On Dave's first visit for a minor electrical issue, we asked him about our reassessed lighting, which constantly had burnt-out bulbs. A previous electrician had quoted over 2 thousand dollars to switch them out to LEDs, but Dave showed us how we could easily do it ourselves. We did, and haven't had to change a bulb since. How many electricians try to save you money? I only wish I had known earlier that Dave also did HVAC. He fixed our mini-split in the garage (both the power and the refrigerant level), and last week when our main indoor unit went out (and our house was at 90+ degrees), he interrupted his big job in Fort Worth and drove all the way to Dallas to help us out and get it running again.
