He explained to me what was going on with my roof; in simple terms, so that I could understand things clearly. He explored all my available options before deciding on a plan of action. He came out to my house multiple times and went above and beyond what was required. He worked with me, within my financial means, so that my roof could be repaired in a way that was most affordable to me. I am extremely grateful to Chris and his team.

Made it easy to work with my insurance company in a very timely manner. A roofing company that understands the value of good customer service and the importance of honesty and integrity, unlike most of the amateur roofers out there. Be very careful who you choose to do your roof job, and avoid any other low volume amateurs who are not well-versed with insurance companys as they are probably trying to hide something or rip the customer off.
