I would highly recommend using Outback Roofing for any of your roofing needs. I worked with Chris and he was extremely patient with me. He explained to me what was going on with my roof; in simple terms, so that I could understand things clearly. He explored all my available options before deciding on a plan of action. He came out to my house multiple times and went above and beyond what was required. He worked with me, within my financial means, so that my roof could be repaired in a way that was most affordable to me. I am extremely grateful to Chris and his team.

Chris Crutcher (owner) is very professional and knowledgeable. He spent quite a bit of time on the phone with me advising me as to how to find a reputable roofer as well as how to deal with a shady roofing company that is trying to take advantage of me. Made it easy to work with my insurance company in a very timely manner. A roofing company that understands the value of good customer service and the importance of honesty and integrity, unlike most of the amateur roofers out there. Be very careful who you choose to do your roof job, and avoid any other low volume amateurs who are not well-versed with insurance companys as they are probably trying to hide something or rip the customer off. Outback Roofing, is a delight to work with and the roof they installed on my house is awesome.
