I love that they send you a bio and photo of your technician that will be arriving to provide service. The bio is a nice touch, I don't know that I've ever received that information from a service provider. Their prices are good (not gouging)! My technician was George M. He was professional, informative, and polite. I liked his customer service so much I signed up for their Q Club membership program! Thank you George and Quigley! Ray was great!! we thought $345 was high per capacitor. I know there’s labor involved but you can get them for $59 on Amazon. But besides that- wonderful Thank you!! Service: HVAC system repair
