I wish I could give this place a -2 stars. The staff are unresponsive, and never offered to help you, only helping you with reluctance when you approach them and ask for help. Had an employee Take over five minutes to help me look for something in inventory, then told me “we don’t have it in the quote and hit the phone behind his back. Not showing me that you don’t have it does not give me confidence in your staff to actually help me find the product, when you have 11 of them online. Either people are stealing from your inventory, or your staff is lying so they don’t have to help people. As a customer I would rather drive 30 minutes then come to your unwelcoming unhelpful store. Home Depot should fire the management and the employees of the store and hire new staff. Do not ever go here for anything!
