HORRIBLE. We called and said there was a leak from a pipe coming from the pool equipment. When the guy came out he said they couldn’t detect from pool equipment. Charged $80 for nothing. When I called the lady hung up on me and wouldn’t answer when I called back. Incredibly poor service. NEVER use this company Service: Plumbing leak detection

I called with an emergency ground leak. Tammy dispatched a plumber ASAP. William showed up and assessed the issue. He was amazing! He was a great communicator, explaining the issue and the options to tackle it. The fix took him longer than he anticipated, but he kept a positive attitude and continued to update me on developments—despite it being a hot, muggy mid-August afternoon. And he gave me some pro tips on the best ways to handle the next emergency until a plumber can arrive. What a great team here at Reeves! If you’re in the Dallas area, these are your guys!

Reeves Family Plumbing is the best. I highly recommend them, our old house has had it's share of issues from irrigation to main line issues and Reeves always is able to see us same day when we really need them. They know our house, they remember us, it's really nice to see the same guys come out and check up on things. They are honest and fair and I feel like they care about getting the job done as well as letting us know exactly what is going on and what our options are.
