In 2018 we had Rescue install two systems in our home. Have paid the monthly $24 fee every month since. At every 6 month checkup they find something else to charge for. Latest - $178 to replace an $8 condensate pan strip. Called office..."gee we're sorry." Whatever you do get several estimates and be careful. Canceling membership today. They were so kind and understanding and scheduled a technician to come out first thing the next day. I received confirmation texts and notifications when my tech was assigned.
