John from TRock was very professional and prompt. He showed up when the insurance adjuster came to look at our claim and communicated great throughout the whole process. He explained everything in detail when I did not understand the process. He walked us through everything and was very empathetic towards us. Just a good experience all around. The roofing crew were very professional and finished the job in one morning and cleaned up perfectly. I couldn't find any nails or trash at all around the house. Thanks guys! This is our first time to have to repair our home after significant storm damage. It could not have been easier. From day one, Alan was attentive and kind. He is great at communicating and we were never left wondering what was going on or what the next step was. Our insurance company has also been very happy with his work.
