Beware, beware, beware. Want money up front and schedule roof a month off Alberto their rep tried to promise me that I would not have to pay a deductible ( I knew all he wanted was to hook me, that is against the law. Their contracts are non binding without any writing of a three day refusal in it etc. Their owner is out of control, must have cash flow problem. His specialty is to put a lien on your property.
I got a metal roof that gonna last me a lifetime. They did spectacular job. No complaints, Jonathan and Alberto always answered my questions and phone calls. The roof is a piece of artwork.100%????????
Our insurance company told us twice that we did not have enough damage for a total roof replacement so we were advised by Rubinsky Roofing to invoke appraisal. They handled EVERYTHING with the insurance and appraisal process and got the claim approved for a total roof replacement. Rubinsky Roofing did an amazing job on our roof. They used high quality materials and did not cut corners. German explained, in detail, every step in the process and did exactly what they promised. Luis and the roofing crew went over and above to make sure all trash was picked up when the job was completed, The cost was exactly what we talked about and there were no surprises.
