Slate Plumbing

RE Update: Slate plumbing returned today to fix the issue. After looking at the toilet, I was told it would cost $380 to repair, which was unacceptable. I asked to speak to management to resolve the issue, and after some debate, Abel (mgmt) agreed to repair it at no cost, if I would change my review from 1 to 5 stars. While I'm happy with the end result, communication/customer service on the management side needs improvement. With that said, the toilet was repaired and seems to be working well again, so I have updated my review as promised. Update: I never received an email, but I'll take you at your word that you will contact me Monday to make this right. Slate Plumbing broke what they were here to repair. I called to get them back to fix the issue, but an answering service answers all calls, and a manager would never contact me. I can't recommend Slate plumbing. Service: Toilet repair
