I contacted Matt at Workman Plumbing regarding a severe leak found by Dallas Water Department. He came out and quickly diagnosed the problem. It was not an easy job but his crew began the next morning by tunneling under my house to fix the leak. Thank you, Matt, for your quick response and rapid problem solving. My husband and I had a blockage in our sewer pipes and had sewage rise up in our bathrooms. We called Matt as he was recommended by many neighbors in my area (East Dallas). He responded the same day and told us when he would be able to come out. At our appointment time, he arrived promptly and got straight to work. He was able to diagnose the issue quickly.
