Amazing. I wish we had found Matt’s services years ago, rather than wasting time and money with other plumbing companies. Matt came out to fix our gas lantern (which was “fixed” a year ago by another company) and within an hour our gas lantern looked better than it ever has. Later on in the afternoon I notice a strong gas odor (also “fixed” a year ago for $$$$) and Matt came right back out and detected a strong leak. He adjusted a few things and retested with zero leak, and refused payment because it was such a simple fix. The company that worked on it last year had us out of gas for days, a torn up yard, and charged an absurd amount of money - and they never even fixed the problem! Matt is my go-to plumber. He recently helped us with some last minute issues with our gas line and tankless water heater in order to finalize the sale of our house. Matt is professional, friendly, knowledgeable and gives a fair price. He also is a great communicator. He comes highly recommended.

By far the best customer service I’ve ever received from a plumbing company. Matt was responsive, helpful, and honest. He went above and beyond to fix our issue. While I never hope to need a plumber, next time I do I’m calling Workman Plumbing.
