We had been without a working AC for near 3 weeks when we just could keep risking my medically fragile kiddos any longer (although we did have portables in their room, it was still warm). We called as an emergency repair on a Saturday evening. Mario came in the time frame he said. He was very professional, very respectful, and fixed our issue.
