Called and got an appointment for the following week for a free estimate. Technician arrived and informed me it would be $230 to diagnose the issue - why wasn’t I told there would be a diagnostic fee when I explained the issue over the phone? My renters told me he didn’t even try to find out what was wrong before calling me. Called another company and they came out, diagnosed and fixed the issue for $75 same day I called. Second electrician played with the switch and knew the issue instantly. Services: General repairs, Light fixture repair

Called them and they were out same day within a few hours. Bryan Fuentes did an excellent job explaining everything to me and wht the power had gone out and wasn't coming back on. The circuit had been disconnected because the wires weren't fully connected making it an open circuit. After he closed it and corrected the wires everything worked perfectly. Was a bit more expensive then I thought it would be, but then again, it has a 1 year warranty. They also won’t do Ethernet cabling unless it can be dropped from an attic. Overall, the electrician did a really good job. Will definitely use them again in the future.
