Technician arrived and informed me it would be $230 to diagnose the issue - why wasn’t I told there would be a diagnostic fee when I explained the issue over the phone? My renters told me he didn’t even try to find out what was wrong before calling me. Called another company and they came out, diagnosed and fixed the issue for $75 same day I called.
