We had two water heaters in our house replaced by BCI. They were easy to schedule with, prompt with appointments, and super efficient during installation. The technician explained all the technical details well and left an immaculate work area. I would definitely recommend them. Service: Water heater installation

BCI came to evaluate our air conditioning system in May, 2023. Our unit was over 20 years old, and Kevin came out to evaluate what needed to be done. We decided to go with a new system. The team set up a temporary unit to keep us cool until the new system could be installed. A life saver! Chris, Margarito, and Pedro did the install. We love it! Kevin came out also to help us with programming the thermostat. We are so glad that we did this before the extreme heat set in. Thank you guys! It has been wonderful. Thank you for our new air conditioning system!

Glad BCI was called. The techs Nate & Josh came out for the call. They answered every question I had and explained what had happened and what they were doing. I felt more informed and confident in my decisions making going forward. The friendliness and professionalism was off the charts. I wanted work at BCI and with Nate & Josh after our interaction. I fell good about our AC going forward, especially this time of year. Strongly recommend the company and these specific technicians.
