Presidio completely replaced and upgraded our roof in July 2018 w/ Owens Corning Oakridge. Roof has a very good warranty. Recently a soliciting company stopped by and claimed we needed to replace our roof and that all I needed to do was “sign”. Decided to call Presidio, as they did a remarkable job on our roof back in 2018 and I would want the same color/quality I received then. Plus, it hasn’t been 5 years, no major storm -why do I need a roof?! Long story short, Nick came out first thing and inspected our roof and there was absolutely nothing wrong with it. I was researching roofing information to figure out what kind of roof I want on a custom house when I came across Presidio Roofing's website. I'm really impressed by the amount of information available at this website. There are photos of different types of roofs (shingle, metal, slate, PVC, etc) along with characteristics and pros and cons of each. I wanted more detail on metal roofs, so I gave Presidio a call and got additional information without a high pressure sales talk (not ready to build yet). Very informative and useful!
