After a heavy rain, I noticed a roof leak. My neighbor had previously used Presidio Roofing, so I went to their Web site and filled out a form describing my problem. It was a Saturday, so I did not expect to hear from them until Monday. However, I received a call within 30 minutes of submitting the form from Tom with Presidio Roofing, and he scheduled an appointment for me first thing Monday morning. He came over and assessed the situation, took some photos and described what needed to be done. We scheduled a date for the repair, and it has been leak free since. Tom and his crew were knowledgeable and friendly, and the price was fair. I will definitely call them when it comes time to replace the whole roof. It's been a few years since I had this done and no longer live in the house the roof is still on but I do remember the experience very well. Nick was very informative and didn't have the used car salesman set of skills and personality most people dread. It was a relaxed meeting and the products sold themselves. He took the time to explain the process, go over the details of the material, and give an accurate work scope and schedule. His team executed that plan as it was described to me and he worked directly with my insurance company to approve and pay for a new roof instead of just a repair over several spots another contractor didn't fix properly.
