This is the second time I have used them. Excellent experience with this company. The technicians are always prompt, courteous, knowledgeable and total professionals. My problems were expeditiously resolved. Would definitely recommend. The woman that set the appointment was also professional, courteous and attentive. Awesome. Just one gripe was the girl getting our drinks really did not know how to make Jim Beam and sprite. We got a full glass of Sprite and a shot glass with Jim Beam in it.
I normally don't like to leave bad reviews but this one deserves it. They are horrible at picking up a phone and customer service. I requested information that was approved from my home warranty and they won't release the information (are you scamming or hiding anything?) Needless to say they don't deserve my business after almost two weeks of trying to get my AC system resolved.
