SoBellas Home Services El Paso

This is a great company. My technician was Joe A. He knows his stuff. Answered all my questions and fixed my GE washer right away. He diagnosed the issue and came the next day with the part. I definitely recommend him and Sobellas.

I used this company in good faith because the previous owners of my home recommended them to service the AC and heater. I have found that the service is way overpriced when you need a repair. They do the bare minimum when they service your unit. This causes deterioration of your unit. Then when they come back each year you typically need major repairs for your unit to work and they overcharge for repairs that technicians will do for more reasonable prices. I called to cancel my service last month and I spoke to one agent who said someone would call me back and they didn’t so I called back and spoke to Peter and let him know I just wanted my account canceled and he said they would stop charging me. I just noticed on my bank statement that they charged me for another month so I had to dispute it with my bank. It’s sad that an establishment like this is shady with very bad customer service. I’m thrilled with SoBellas and telling all my friends on the Westside! I had next day service with SoBellas. One of their competitors left wires unplugged from my unit when servicing a few weeks ago. They would not return my calls when I asked them to fix it, so, Patrick at SoBellas came to the rescue and figured out the issue quickly! Patrick was informative, communicative and knowledgeable.
