The technician said the flux capacitor was not working in my unit. So he replaced the flux capacitor and 3 days later my A/C stopped working! Now he said that the flux capacitor isn't the issue. Now it's the turbo break! Very unprofessional and unknowledgeable.

B & G Mechanical Air Conditioning and Heating is a company that I can trust. They have highly talented employees who go above and beyond. The few times I've called them, they've been prompt, and the quality of their work is top notch – they always make sure that my home is warm and comfortable. Recently I got a garage heater as the weather gets colder, and so far so good!

Absolutely disappointed with this company. Been given the runaround for two weeks. 1st service call should have fixed the issue right then and there after replacing the capacitor.. Had to call 4 days later for the same issue. Now they're saying it's the compressor that needs to be replaced even though the tech said it was a faulty capacitor that he replaced. Now they're refusing service to us because my wife was being stern and understandably upset at the situation. The service order for the first time the capacitor was replaced states it has a 30 day warranty for that service call. They are now refusing to honor that warranty. I recommend not to deal with this company. Sure they'll sweet talk you when it comes to sales and installation, but once the work is complete you won't matter to this company anymore. My wife is 8 months pregnant and El Paso is going thru excessive heat warning . This is not acceptable. Service: HVAC system repair
