SAVE time and do not contact this poor rendition of a company. Pricing is not consistent (received a quote from them that was simply higher than two other companies). Needless to say I had the work done on one occasion and they charged a diagnostic fee then on a separate occasion there was no fee. Their pricing and consumer awareness of what to expect is absolete. Not to mention being able to speak to someone is a challenge. Please contact another company to simply avoid price gauging and inconsistencies in pricing. Service: Repair HVAC
