Very bad customer service. They came to my house for microwave repair and charged me $78 without fixing it. I asked them why you charged me $78 without fixing it and they told me its a service charge and to fix microwave it will cost $750..They didn’t tell me before that they will charge me $78…next day he called me and said they can fix it for $275…Don’t even use their services..They will just charge you for no reason. I can buy brand new microwave for $78..Very disappointed with their service.

I used them because my washer was broken and they sent Oscar came out and was really kind and professional. They are honest people who I being a professional myself would recommend to anyone! Service: Washer/dryer repair

Be prepared to be disappointed. They showed up, collected their fee and never returned to complete the job. When the warranty called and emailed them, they finally sent us a text. We scheduled the appointment l, they failed to show up and when we contacted the manager, he cancelled the appointment after they had missed the appointment. Poor service and incompetent.
