Don’t buy from this company because I’ve had an issue for about 4 months and have been calling the person from this company that sold me my unit only to get the run around. Because of their work I now have a leak on my roof. When the swamp cooler was removed, the duct that it sat on was never sealed properly which caused the leak that I have now. I called the representative that sold me the unit and he kept telling me that he would have the company to send someone out to look at the problem only to find out that the representative no longer works there. It before my one year warranty had expired.
