Delta T Heating & Cooling

1 star rating for them is way too high. I had an appointment for 9:30 am on March 20th. 10 AM comes I call because no one is here, I get sent to voicmail and receive a text saying they will call back since they are on the other line. 10:30 no call back so I call, right away they answer with their excuses, 2 people didn't show up and we are running behind, the worker will get here asap. 1:30 still no one I call and get told if I can reschedule, I said no I have work and I can not keep canceling everything to wait on them again. I told her how unprofessional they are and it is sad because people I know really liked them. (They will no longer be using them now) I they had simply called me and let me know I would not have been upset but I received NO communication from them until I called them. Then at 4:30 they stopped answering me. Be careful if you use them. Would NEVER NEVER NEVER RECOMMEND SOMEONE TO HIRE THEM.

Last week I was burning up and ???? why my Evaporator a/c unit wasn't working properly. I called my previous a/c man and he gave me every EXCUSE he could think of in Not Coming on Monday. On Tuesday, I called Delta and left a message to see if they could look at my unit and see what the issues were. On Wednesday, Charly informed me that my a/c water pump was clogged with dirt and calcium and he cleaned it up for proper use and it's working very well now. Charly, also recommend I buy OBD's registers to regulate the air inside my home and I might need New filters by next year. Overall, I was very impressed with Charly. He provided Excellent customer service skills and is knowledgeable in his field as a technician in Air Conditioning!

Miguel was amazing from start to finish as well as Nena the office manager, very attentive and communicative. The installers Matt and Rick were very polite, cleaned their mess and made sure everything was in working order before charging me and before leaving. Very nice guys and I will always use them for maintenance any other heating and cooling needs!!!!! A project manager came and double checked all of their work and walked me through the system and how to change filters and when to change filters and everything! Strongly recommend and CANT BEAT THE PRICE!
