We received excellent service. Manny came to our home several times and met with our insurance adjuster to help answer any questions. He was very responsive and gave us a good quality product. We are very happy with our roof. Our house is much cooler with our white foam roof.

We first were introduced to Done Right Roofing in a TV commercial showing the foam roof coating. We have dealt with leaks in our patio roof for years but despite having an appraisal of the roof, nothing was identified as damage that insurance would cover. Manny Ramirez replied to our call and evaluated our roof and pointed out numerous things that were less than ideal, if not totally wrong. He gave us an estimate for the patio only to have foam but then explained how other issues might still persist because of the lack of adequate “boots” for the vents, pipes, and chimney. Ultimately, we chose to have the whole roof replaced with shingles and the flat patio roof foam sealed. The service provided by all of the staff and roofers was exemplary. They were totally reliable, arriving promptly at 7 am each day. They were careful to protect the yard and house. Back in November, a few different areas of our roof suffered from leaks after a storm one day. We were debating between traditional roof repair or polyurethane spray. Manny was very informative & knowledgeable, as well as responsive with any questions or concerns we had, as we were not very familiar with this technique of roof repair. After speaking with him extensively, we decided to go with Done Right & we are very happy with the results so far. The team was punctual & repaired the roof in a very timely manner.
