Worst customer service ever!!! Plumbers ordered part needed wrong 2x. We waited 4 weeks! When I spoke to owner Mark he suggested to find another company!!!! Horrible service!!! Do not hire!!!!
I spoke with the owner mr zimmerman. He was the most rude and unhelpful person. He was insulting and demeaning to me. I asked for help to get air conditioning working in the House and would not say when or if it could be fixed. It has been 90> and called me having a "weak constitution ". I would not recommend this outfit to my worst enemy.
They couldn't fix the AC for an entire week. My AC was running cool and ever since they fixed one problem, now it wont run properly. The house feels really hot due to extreme heat and its seems like they broke it down even more. I dont recommend them. Service: Ductless heating & A/C services
