This family owned business is exactly what El Paso needs. My parents 20 year old water heater had been leaking for some time until water appeared from the baseboards. We tried shutting off the water but the valve was stuck open. I immediately googled East El Paso Plumbers and Oasis Plumbing showed up, I called and someone picked up immediately because it was business hours. After relaying the scenario, they said that they were on a job and would get back to me with a time. They did shortly after and said that they could come right now! They showed up and got to work on draining the system, removing the heater, and connecting the water lines so my parents would still have water. We made all the necessary repairs to the heater closet, and called them back for the installation of a new heater. They scheduled us for the next day and showed up on time with everything needed for the job! They are a professional, courteous, knowledgeable team. I am grateful to them for their timely service an

I needed a sink plumbed and a drain cleared. I called other businesses but no one either answered, returned my call, or tried to charge me for some emergency fee to come same the day. I got ahold of Oasis and they were able to send someone within an hour no upcharge No nonsense. The plumber they sent was Armando. He was very professional you did a good job. He made sure to test the plumbing before he left and cleaned up after himself. It was like he was never even here. I will make sure if there's any plumbing I need in the future I will give them a call first above everyone else.
