This family owned business is exactly what El Paso needs. My parents 20 year old water heater had been leaking for some time until water appeared from the baseboards. We tried shutting off the water but the valve was stuck open. I immediately googled East El Paso Plumbers and Oasis Plumbing showed up, I called and someone picked up immediately because it was business hours. After relaying the scenario, they said that they were on a job and would get back to me with a time. They did shortly after and said that they could come right now! They showed up and got to work on draining the system, removing the heater, and connecting the water lines so my parents would still have water. We made all the necessary repairs to the heater closet, and called them back for the installation of a new heater.
