Ac stopped working on one of the hottest days of the year. Called and friendly gentleman said someone would come out the same day. Technicians arrived within the hour and fixed the problem in about 10 min. Super friendly. Would definitely use again. Service: A/C system repair
My issue with this company was that I was told there was a fee to come and check the A/C unit but if I decided to do the work they would deduct the "show up" fee from the total cost. So the show up fee was $85, I decided I would get the work done and called to ask how much the work would cost, I was told $450, I then asked if that was with the "show up" fee included and the female on the phone said, " oh, um $400". So at this point I lost all confidence in Southwest and decided not to do business with them.
