Mr. Ortega and his crew were very professional and skilled at replacing our soffits and parts of the fascia. He was quick to bring up any concerns and had no difficulties taking care of the project. They accomplished the task faster than expected and our soffits look great!

I called this business to ask about getting a repair estimate for my roof due to wind damage. I spoke with Jerry and he told me he would be able to go that day and he would send me the estimate through email. He did just that! I didn't respond back for about a week but when I did, I asked when he could start and he told me he had a crew who could get the job done that same day. He send me pictures of before and after the roof repair and the work was done perfectly. He was very professional and his responses were quick. He also communicated with me through email. I really appreciated that because it's hard for me to talk on the phone while I'm at work and I also have some issues hearing on the phone. I highly recommend Professional Contractors, LLC. They recently completed a total re-decking and roofing within a week on over 2100 square feet. I was kept informed each step with photos, cleaned up each day, and on time each day with a complete skilled crew. Jerry Ortega worked with my insurance adjuster and the city building inspector (USAA requirement for redecking). Over the past 40+ years I have had two other roofs installed. The last one was only seven years ago by my insurance carrier's recommended "preferred" contractor. Rot, unmet roofing standards and shoddy workmanship was exposed.
