Alfredo Ortiz inspected every detail I thought I was having with my combination unit. He was very thorough and respectful. Thank you
He did a diagnostic on my furnace to see if it was leaking carbon dioxide, and it was. We quickly opened all windows to air out the house. I really would have liked him to fix it but he said that he had to check with Choice Warranty to make sure that it's covered. That's the reason I got this warranty to make sure that my appliances are covered in case they need repair.
