We purchased our ref. Air about 2 yrs ago with them and at the time it was great. Great price friendly and fast service. We worked with the owner and he was just awesome. However they sold us a maintenance plan. Last week was the first time we could get them out here to do maintenance AND they charged us after we paid for it at the time of installation. They would have to look at archives... no one follows up after they get their money and it seems like they come up with excuses... very unfortunate bc it's not the workers on the field, its the office people that drop the ball.

Juan was friendly and courteous. He explained what was going on with A/C. Went for parts came back in less than hour. Worked on unit and got it going. Very happy customer ????

Unfortunately, I can’t give this business a good rating. I would advise to stay away from these guys and look elsewhere…. there’s a lot more HVAC companies that will actually value you! Victor Jr acted a bit unprofessional and ignored all calls and text.
