I researched several different roofing companies online. One came out and then my insurance denied the claim. they never got back to me. I saw USA working on my neighbor's house and was impressed by the quality of their work. They came out and gave me an estimate and then advocated for me with my insurance. Long story short, my insurance worked with USA and i got the new roof that i wanted. Great color, great quality and they replaced all the wood that needed to be replaced. My insurance denied my hail claim and I called USA General contractors and Javier was able to help me out with my hail insurance claim. I ended up getting a brand new roof all I had to do was pay my deductible. Highly recommend! Best roofing company in El Paso, TX!
