I cold called Complete Cool Air, not knowing anyone with this business. Prompt response, eager to get to the property quickly and access the problem. Their price was competitive but with no pressure to chose them upon getting a second bid. I had conversation with several representatives, Paul, Don, Alex and Billy. Each of them were highly qualified individuals and gave me complete confidence that I was dealing with a very reputable business. Being a female, there can be stress that I may be not understanding some of the technical jargon. They made me feel like I was working with a family friend. These guys came out same day when our 23 year old AC pooped it’s pants in 108 degree weather. They got it running and never pushed us to replace it. We asked for a quote since we had been shopping around, and they gave us the most affordable quote out of about 6 different companies. They guys busted their butts replacing our Mary Shelley monstrosity of an AC and were so professional and careful with our house while doing it. The guys at Complete Cool Air are amazing!!! I have called them many times, for multiple houses, for an a/c not blowing cold air. They are always able to get to my house within 24 hours, often same day. They work with you on maintaining your current system, and don't just push you to buy a new one.
