I write this review as a former employee of Veteran's A/C and Heating. This is as down to earth as I can be, and I'm more than happy to write it. I was hired right after graduating an accredited HVAC tech school in the area. I came in with practically 0 field experience, only what I was taught in school. Kelly took me under his wing and taught me everything and anything I wanted to know about the field. Matt (Senior Service tech) is also amazingly knowledgeable. They treated me with the utmost dignity and fairness as a new trainee. I was genuinely happy to come to work with the people I was surrounded by. Every day I learned a wealth of knowledge about the HVAC field. I was never pushed to sell anything that wasn't needed. Other companies will push their technicians into replacing a part or an entire unit prematurely, when it has the possibility of being repaired (when it is more cost effective to the customer to repair instead of replace).
