Sudden Service

I can’t provide enough good terms and appreciation for Sudden Service in repairing my AC when two other companies could not find and repair the issue. First company A was here for about 45 minutes and could not find anything wrong as to why my outside unit was freezing up all along charging me money for nothing to investigate the issue. Stated he could not be here all day to look at this. Second Company B also charged me money to come out and was detailed in looking into the issue after what seemed to narrow down to things that could be causing the issue. As it was not dirty air filters, low refrigerant, and one or two other items. Narrowed it down to either the blower motor or the evaporator coil. The parts are under warranty, so Company B (which was going to charge me a few thousand dollars to change out the two parts) ordered the two parts first the blower motor which took 3 weeks to get in (in this heat wave and dome we are in) so half my house was not being cooled. Company B state
