Alan came to my home the same day I messaged him on Facebook. He gave me an estimate and would've repaired my roof that day, but he couldn't find the shingles at my local hardware store. We setup a date and time for him to be back and he was here on-time. He stayed true to his estimate and I was so impressed with his work that I asked for another project estimate. We would highly recommend 1A Construction. Alan and his team were professional from the beginning to the very end. He replaced some rotten facia on the exterior of my house, replaced all the gutters, painted the exterior of the house as well. He also replaced some damaged roofing being careful to match existing shingles. The things we appreciated the most about Alan and his team was the attention to detail, excellent quality of work, communication, and reliability. He did it right, didn’t cut corners and delivered as promised. He even guided me on my choices of paint color which ended up being the right choice and made my house look awesome.
