Our furnace stopped working and we contacted Prime AC and Heat. Several options were presented by Brett. He is super knowledgeable and patient. He clearly explained to us what the problem was with our furnace. He answered all my questions. Provided me with options while never overselling. We went with a full furnace replacement, duct work, added return and new thermostat. Jorge along with his crew performed the work, he went above and beyond in fixing other stuff apart from replacing the furnace which was the main job. We appreciate how much he cared about us as a customer. They kept the house clean while doing the job. The problem with our furnace could not be addressed by other companies previously but these guys quickly diagnosed it, replaced it promptly just before the winter storm and the furnace works great.
