I had a clog in my AC drain line and water was just starting to collect in the attic. I did not feel it was urgent and left a message. I received a call back and services in 24 hours. They were honest and reduced the charges when the repair did not turn out to be as extensive as originally thought. Friendly and professional and would definitely use them again.
I have been using Bear exclusively for years (maybe 10+). They are honest, very responsive and do quality work. I have never had a single issue with them as long as I have been using them. My units have never had major problems other then the normal wear and tear and time since they do quality work each time they are out Services: HVAC system maintenance, Heating system repair, Install thermostat, Repair HVAC, Install AC, Heating system maintenance
