AJ and his crew were top notch. Showed up on time, no hidden costs added, very professional and courteous. AJ did a great job of explaining all the pros and cons of the systems I had been presented from others, and in the end he didn't oversell me on a systems that would have been overkill in my house. I have been using Bear exclusively for years (maybe 10+). They are honest, very responsive and do quality work. I have never had a single issue with them as long as I have been using them.
