This was my first experience working with Calvin's Climate A/C. Scheduling was super smooth, they even had availability before I was able to schedule. In this Texas heat!! Isaac was the technician on my 20 year old American Standard. He was professional, kind, and courteous. He was also efficient and diligent with his work. Communication was excellent, provided different options and a clear estimate of costs. The office staff were also wonderful communicating via text which was appreciated as I had some other things going on where I couldn't chat on the phone. Calvin's Climate and Air did a superb job replacing our old AC unit. The technician (Chris) arrived on time, diagnosed the issue quickly, and provided a fair quote. Installation was completed the next day. I appreciate HVAC companies such as Calvin's that focus on completing the job and not selling the customer on maintenance plans and unnecessary, overpriced equipment. It is good to know that businesses such as Calvin's still exist. I will definately recommend them to anyone who is tired of getting the "hard sell treatment" by big name HVAC companies instead of being provided excellent service at a resonable price.

Mr. Chris Hill's service call was effective and efficient, He is very knowledgeable and easy to work with.
