DO NOT USE THIS SHADY COMPANY! We had an entire HVAC system install done in August 2020 and ductwork replacement done shortly afterwards because it was all uninsulated metal piping. After the HVAC was installed, our house was 10-11 degrees hotter than the temp setting, which is why we then had the ductwork replaced at the advice of the technician when we called them back out. The ductwork replacement helped, but the house was still about 4-5 degrees hotter than the thermostat, but we just dealt with it. Then this summer (2021), again our house goes back to being 10-12 degrees hotter, so my husband goes into the attic and discovers the terrible job done with the ductwork. There was air leaking pretty bad from connections to the plenum box and at the connections to the register boots, and there were kinked duct lines. They left exposed metal between 6 -12 inches instead of pulling the new insulated ducting all the way to the register boot. Also, the reducers to the plenum box were overs

Eric came out on a Sunday?! He didn't have the updated phone number to call beforehand, so glad I was home. He was fast effient and friendly. Had to pay for service fee ( holiday weekend) and a capacitor. Cheaper than the hotel I was going to book for 2 nights!

When I called to get my a/c fixed, I had to wait till the next day to get a repairman.The repairman found a little dirt on the outside unit then tells me that it voided the warranty. So, he charges me. The very next day the unit breaks again. Now, he telling me that because it’s on the inside it’s not covered. It smells like a ripoff. Also, when I called after 11am yesterday, my call wasn’t returned. I had to call them again the next day and I’m sitting in a hot house. I talked with the owner. He said he was but he didn’t act like any I had met. I wasn’t rude to the service guy. I was angry, because I called yesterday morning and had to call back again because they didn’t return my call. Instead of the guy trying to get an understanding , he jumps on the phone screaming and yelling so much that i didn’t understand a word he said. I will never do business with them again.
